It's not Shogun/Sonnen. It's not Chuck/Rampage 2. The winner of Chuck/Rampage 2 was set to fight Dan Henderson to unify the PRIDE and UFC titles.

The gif is from Chuck vs Jardine.

Jardine was coming off of a brutal KO loss to Houston Alexander so people thought he had no chance against Chuck. Even the UFC thought Keith had no chance, so they said, "Chuck will fight Wanderlei if he beats Jardine!" Then Chuck lost by decision, and it showed Wand's reaction to the decision. The UFC said, "Uh... well... fuck it." and booked Chuck/Wandy anyway.
