Most delicious, healthy food

Let me start by saying that I'm 6'2", 180 lbs, and IMO not in bad shape

I'd prefer to be in good/great shape at around 170

My dilemma is that I love to eat. I eat almost if not all of an entire pizza, I love cheeseburgers, and occasionally some sweets, but not many



My quetion is, what can I eat that's still delicious, yet healthy? And I'm not talking about vegetarian, weird tasting "well I guess it's kinda good" food either. Something geniunely delicious, if there is such a thing

I aso love eating and can eat anything. I like to eat Buttercup squash, and lots of it. But then again, I can handle carbs VERY well.

180 at 6'2" is already thin. Why would you want to lose 10 more pounds?

I don't wanna be a butch guy or anything. I've always preferred being toned as opposed to bulky, which is what I'm aiming for. Calisthenics FTW!

That and I have chicken legs...
 
I don't mind meat and veggies, but I feel like the meaty dishes I eat are way too fatty

then replace some with lean if you want to reduce calories. Its hard to overeat veggies, so give yourself unlimited veggies except carrots potatoes and other starchs
 
Get acquainted with herbs and spices; they can make a mediocre meal of meat and vegetables taste stellar, if you play your cards right.

Haha, I never denied that eating a whole pizza WASN'T fatty. I guess the point I was trying to make was that even when I eat meaty, veggie foods, I still feel like it's fatty
 
I guess if you want to be a skinny bastard with "chicken legs" that's your choice. Delicious but healthy foods for me include anything involving ground beef or buffalo meat, anything with teriyaki sauce on it, and 3-4 egg omelettes with spinach, a little cheese, and salsa.

nothing wrong with fat dude, majority of the knowledgeable posters here eat high fat diets, just gotta make sure its the right kind of fat
