Let me start by saying that I'm 6'2", 180 lbs, and IMO not in bad shape
I'd prefer to be in good/great shape at around 170
My dilemma is that I love to eat. I eat almost if not all of an entire pizza, I love cheeseburgers, and occasionally some sweets, but not many
My quetion is, what can I eat that's still delicious, yet healthy? And I'm not talking about vegetarian, weird tasting "well I guess it's kinda good" food either. Something geniunely delicious, if there is such a thing
