There are bound to be different opinions on this but I think the German suplex where a fighter clinches his opponent with a rear waist lock, then lifts him overhead and throws him down behind him, often resulting with the supplexed man landing on his head is the most dangerous. It could lead to complete permanent paralysis or death.

This suplex, sometimes called the belly to back suplex is far more dangerous than the belly to belly suplex.

Strikes to the back of the head - No one cares. Except Yamasaki.

Spiking your opponent on their head is the most dangerous. Although technically illegal it is never enforced. Ive seen it done so many times and ive never even seen a warning, no point deduction nothing and you cant stop it before it happens either.

A head kick has more potential to accidentally strike the back of the head than a punch. Wouldn't you agree? It's already aimed at the side and not the front of the head. If the recipient turns even slightly to try to get out of the way that could lea to it landing on the back of the head.

That's very rare. Usually if a fighter lands on his head it's because of a throw - a suplex - and not a spike which would by definition be a downwards throw. A suplex is an upwards throw. Name some maneuvers which involve spiking please. Thank you. All I can think of is a piledriver but I don't know if a piledriver has ever successfully been executed in UFC. Has it?

Possibly, but there has been MANY instances of blatant strikes to the back of the head with absolutely zero consequence

Vitor and I think Arlovski also had a bunch of these. They are definitely by far the most dangerous shit you can do in this sport, as it can actually kill you, or seriously impair your brain function in the future. Way more dangerous than breaking a limb or whatever else can happen.

a U-turn.

Seriously, surprised no one's mentioned the elliptical kick.

A shin to the neck always scares me

only a pile driver is illegal. If its something like the slam rampage had on bader, where you pivot the angle of the person being slammed then its legal. You just cant pick them up and smash them straight down on the top of their head

i dunno, nate marquardt came close, and rampage tried to do it to that battlearts guy in pride.

Cringe at the knee flex potential.

Touchbutt ,if Conor had managed to sink that in it would have been game over

Consider the fact that Brock Lesnar is doing this move to opponents up to 10-15 times a match in his WWE performances (usually because the 'Just Bleed' types in the audience beg for more), often with more distance and force than you'd get in an MMA fight, and you get a sense of just how tough "fake" professional wrestlers are for agreeing to take that move. Yeah, they know it's coming, and "know how to land", but it's still a jarring, concussive blow for the whole body, and shakes the brain around inside the skull something chronic.
