East Africans (Ethiopians, Kenyans, Somalians and Eritreans) = Skinny AF but better endurance. Competes in Marathons only.

Countries in Southern Africa produce nothing.

And thats excluding white south Africans, who I assume are basically european genetically.

Yeah wouldn't really be suited to NFL though, there isn't really any comparable position to prop. They are the tanks of the team, kind of like NFL linesmen, but have to be kind of stocky, rather than big and tall. Usually in and around 6ft or so. They used to be the fatties (some still have bellies), but they are hefty individuals with a lot of muscle in general now. My favourite is Tadgh Furlong, he's the best prop in Ireland at the minute:

Even guys like Pascal Siakam, he is from Cameroon like Embiid. More of a quality role player but he is very athletic.
