Both movies are adaptations. Both movies deal with martial arts. MKA is a bad sequel that killed any attempt at a live action movie for 20 plus years, and DBZ is a bad first movie that killed a potential 7 movie saga (According to Chatwin)

Both are bad but also kinda funny bad.

Which do you prefer.

they are both abominations

but the db movie killed off hopes for a live action movie for hundreds of millions of fans while MKA just let down harcore fans

also MKA is still fun

The fight scenes in MK weren’t that bad and actually bordered on good or at least entertaining.

Looking back the fight scenes in the first were awesome. Kang vs Reptile and Cage vs Scorpion were dope.

The girl was kinda cute but she didn't capture the essence of Bulma. This was before Scott Pilgram so there were no crazy hair colors yet.
