GSP dominated the deepest division in MMA for years. Every minute, every second.

Ronda destroys the best women's fighters in the world for little under 30 mins because that's all she needs.

    Who is better?

    Can someone add a poll?

Depends on whether you count the level of competition

If you are just looking at purely who is more dominant, Ronda wins (her entire career can almost fit into one of GSPs fights)

BUT, if you take into consideration the level of competition.... well, thats a different story

    GSP fought tough competition.

Ronda reminds me of that Seinfeld episode when Kramer dominates his dojo of 10 year old kids...

Rousey I don't think it's close GSP decisioned all his fights and Ronda is finishing in under a minute. GSP might have fought much better competition but no one has done what Rousey is doing.

GSPs no question. Welterweight was a division of killers and GSP manhandled all of them for a number of years. Fitch, Alves, Serra, Kos, Shields, Diaz, Hendricks, Condit etc., all killers and all could have been champion had GSP not been around.

I don't know. Can you tell me who is more dominant, the 1950's Yankees or whoever has won the most Little League World Series titles?

GSP because with his opponents, we'd actually think they had a chance.

Rondas is clearly more dominant, for the obvious reason of the quality of opponents. Even if in hindsight, the WW division wasn't as deep as GSP fans wanted everyone to believe.

Yeah, but those kids kicked Kramer's ass at the end of the episode.

Ronda is much more dominant obviously, because she's fighting people with only a few fights and who are way below her physically and technically. GSP was facing vastly more skilled, experienced, and seasoned contenders, which I think means way more. But anyway, to say GSP dominated "every second" of his ww title run is just fucking stupid. Was he dominating when getting highkicked and almost finished by Condit, or freaking out over his poked eye and giving rounds away to Jake Shields, or arguably losing a 5-round fight to Johny Hendricks? GSP had to overcome a lot of adversity in his run, but that only enhances his greatness, it doesn't deplete it so there's no need to rewrite history.

    More dominant - Rousey
More impressive (due to the level of competition) - GSP and it isn't close.

    Clearly Ronda.

GSP's competition was better. The term "dominant" says nothing about the quality of the competition though. She just seems to be way above her opponent's level.

This makes her a more DOMINANT champ, but GSP still had a more IMPRESSIVE reign.
