More Bas MMA Workout

Has anyone experimented with combining the CDs with other forms training?

Tomorrow I'm going to attempt this.

1. 2 min thai boxing CD
Rest
2. Barbell Complex & 5 tyre flips for remainder of 2 mins
Rest
3. 2 min thai boxing CD
Rest
4. Barbell Complex & 5 tyre flips for remainder of 2 mins

etc etc for 30 mins, 5 rounds striking, 5 rounds lifting

anyone done anything like this?

actually seeing it infront of me like this scares me a bit :eek:
 
I do something similar but I don't have the rest in there. The Bas cd I have is the 28 minute all around workout and instead of dropping to do push ups or abs I have a partner and we will grapple or I will do pummiling. There is no rest periods on the cd I have it is 28 minutes non-stop.
