Gotta admit better than I expected though. He actually hung and pulled unlike most who jerk and dont extend fully at the bottom.
12 is bad considering he takes steroids. Back in summer when i was 155lbs i did 20 clean pullups (not chins)
come on bro - i can do about 18 fully extended chin ups but the majority of people I see at the gym as using the assisted machine in fact i’m surprised when I see someone going unassisted
