I'm thinking of modifying my workout routine to cut time as much as possible for balance and extra rest. Starting strength is overkill and I've already feel burnt out from it (did it for 5 months) so I went back to following push/pull routine. Now, I'm thinking to change it to this with low reps. Friday: Bench and Incline Press/Weighted Dips/Skull crushers Sunday: Weighted Pullups/Bent Over Rows/Deadlifts Tuesday: Overhead Press/Weighted Chinups/Barbell Curls The first and third ends with grip strength exercises. All can be done within 30-40 minutes at max. Thoughts? I know i'm missing a lot of gaps and that focus heavily on upper but it gives my already injury prone shoulders extra rest and my legs are not my priority. There are a lot of heavy bag and bodyweight involvement in my class that covers them.
