Modified Rutten workout

    I recently inreased the Bas RUtten workouts to 5 minute rounds. I was looking to up the conditioning for a 5 min rd fight. I did with both the boxing, MT and fighting tracks. I just used a simple audio editing program and cut pasted the extra minutes into each round.

    interesting, how many 5 min. round do you do? i can barely get thru the 3 min x 7 rnds.

    WEll most fights 3 5 min rds. At least the ones I've had so that is what I'm doing right now. Instead of running I am doing this 3x a week.

    Good idea. If one wasn't couldn't edit though a 2 min round, followed by 1 minute of burpees/mountain climbers etc INSTEAD of resting and another 2 minute round would work, too.

    I like it... or "Jump in the Air with Knees to your Chest 50 times" (in a Bas accent)...

    But yeah, adding any type of exercise between rounds would be good...
