Well, this is my first time going on a diet (for real) and I hope to drop a substantial amount of weight through diet and exercise. So, without further adou. Age: 15 hieght: 5 feet 9 1/2 inches weight: 185 goal: 150 I'm going to try to just eat 1500 calories a day, see if that works, and roll with it. I want to fight in mma and muay thai.
