I'm going to try to get in shape for mma. right now im overweight and want to loose some weight, but at the same time put on some muscle. I've done weight lifting before and want to start back up again. here it is height: 5 feet 9 inches weight: 185 goal weight: 150 bmi: 27 Weight lifting bench press: 150 lbs goal: 200 lbs dumbell curl: 25 lbs goal: 50 lbs Core incline situps: 45 lbs goal: 100 lbs Cardio running: 2 mi 15 mins goal: 4 mi 15 mins bike: 8 mi 15 mins goal: 4 mi 15 mins Anything you think i should add or drop please post here so i can make the changes. Also, remember that i wanna do mma so please tell me what i need. I know this probably isn't best but its just what i do now so if you have info on this please enlighten me.
