Mma Stop Review

I recently shopped at MMA Stop and I wanted to share the experience.

I ordered 3 shirts (2 tapouts and on a Friday and they were shipped on Saturday.

I got the shirts on Tuesday.... Quick Chicago to ATL

Shortly thereafter, I wanted to purchase some Affliction thermals (which were not on their site); The guys at MMA stop called up the company and got me some great prices...

OVERALL= Great customer service; quick shipping and great prices

I bought 3 pairs of gloves and some wraps at MMASTOP in November 2011.
The system didn't show me a receipt or confirmation after checkout, so I reordered.

Then recieved a DOUBLE order receipt in e-mail inbox. I quickly contacted Adam at MMASTOP to cancel the second duplicate order, and he reassured me that it was caught by them and cancelled. I was relieved.

I received my order and everything was fine. Then my wife tells me I was charged TWICE !! for one order (charged $301 for a $150.50 single order !)

I contacted MMASTOP.com again, but it took ages before they replied to my multiple e-mails. Finally a month or two later, they replied.

Now it has been over 5 months and I have not recieved a refund to my PayPal account that I requested. I have been robbed of $150.50 !!

I am still hoping this is all a technical problem, but I doubt it...

....so I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING from MMASTOP.com

I decided my last resort was to call them in the US to see what could be done.
Spoke to their customer service and had this issue resolved. Received a refund for the double charge & an apology.

Thanks to Justin at MMASTOP.com for sorting this out.
