Mixed Martial Arts Seminar
Saturday, August 11th
2:30 - 4:30 pm
$25 at the door​

Seminar will cover MMA fundamentals, strength
& combat conditioning used in the sport of Ultimate Fighting.​

Seminar open to members and non-members. Call asap to reserve a space.​

Necessary equipment: mouthguard, gloves, shinpads, cup. All items can be purchased in the Fight Club Pro Shop the day of the seminar.​

I think so, but I'm not 100% sure. They didn't mention any other names in the email. So I assume it's going to be Hib as the primary.

Normally Dave Sachs does most of the training on a day to day basis, and Hib does private sessions. Usually in the morning training Dave for his upcoming fights in September & October.

rofl, I laughed at that too, I asked him about that because they say that in the commercial too. He basically told me he hates the phrase, but they use it because of it's name reckognition. For a lot of newbs, "Ultimate Fighting" is synonomous with Mixed Martial Arts.

I asked around. Eric Hibler will definately be teaching this class. no word yet on guest instructors, but there could be a suprise or two according to the lady who works there.
