Was just thinking about this. Seems to happen so very often.. Fighter A can beat Fighter B can beat Fighter C but C can also beat A etc... What are some good examples of this? And why it helps make MMAmath not work. Aldo-McGregor-Diaz could -sort of- fit currently. Being that McGregor KTFO Aldo (fluke or not different topic) but McGregor loses spectacularily to Diaz, a long time lightweight - while Aldo defeats Edgar, one of the LW GOATs soundly twice. As usual, the MMAmath just don't add up.
Rory Mac > Woodley > Lawler > Rory Mac Wonderboy > Burger > Brown > Wonderboy Welterweight and Lightweight divisions are full of them.
Therefore, if mmamath works (which many delusional mma fans insist) Holly is a much better fighter than Holly.
After the era of GSP, Silva, Aldo, now Jones too - the divisions are going fucking amuck. We got a few to hold shit down, but really, we are in a frantic state of having nobody to replace the GOATs. I think this transitional era in the UFC whill last for at least a few more years. Wonderboy MIGHT have what it takes to somewhat repair WW.
