I'm tired of hearing whiny little Hunto fanboys say this stuff.
"Oh Werdum got lucky with that knee"
Hold on, did that knee come down from Heaven? Was that knee off of a mistake from Hunt? Did Hunt's chin just completely implode and the fight was stopped due to injury without me knowing?
It's the same stuff that Tyron Woodley haters say. "He didn't really beat Carlos", even though Woodley was tooling him on the feet for a round and a half.
Hunt dropped Fabricio twice, and that was very impressive. I think Hunt won the first round easily, but the second round was pretty even besides Werdum getting dropped whilst off balance.
Fabricio clearly has a better gas tank than Mark, and who knows what would have happened in Round 3, 4 or 5 if the fight had continued. The second round wasn't even over, yet haters want to say that Hunt had the fight in the bag. Acting like this was a Silva vs Sonnen I situation.
Werdum hardly snatched victory from the jaws of defeat - he was still in that fight.
Oh, and HE and ONLY HE threw the beautifully timed knee, but guess a flying knee is lucky!?
You know, you throw a flying knee to score points, right? Just a light attack, with no viscous intentions?
Cool
