MMA judging; damaging shots vs. volume

Quantified, they do so without any reason but just because they felt like, but it's still quantified. It isn't a opinion anymore, it's in the official rule, so you can't argue that 4 jabs don't beat a hook.

Again, you can quantify everything. Opinions only exist when things are vague. If the rule book decided to just throw a SPECIFIC definition behind damage, boom, instantly quantified.

Your science is trash. You haven't defined what "damage" is.

What you're doing amounts to counting how many times one thing lands versus another.
