He was a good fighter for his time but he's nowhere near GOAT status. He left the UFC in his prime because "lack of competition" but then a year later took Elvis sonosic of all people to a UD. He was great but so were a lot of other fighters.

I like Frank, he was funny (outside of commentating) and had fun fights.

I got a solid laugh out of him commenting on Kimbo's loss to Petruzeli, when he said, "Kimbo has NO slice..."

Frank shamrock went to learn kickboxing and then ended up teaching catch wrestling on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to noon. Then he went undefeated in the UFC and AKA is famous because of him.
