We've all seen the A-level athlete debate being thrown around. Let's look at some athletic traits and examples in MMA.
Explosive strength:
Like a salmon out of water. Bethe defies the laws of gravity here.
Cardiovascular endurance:
Dada 5000 decides to show off and do a lap of the cage during the fight.
Timing:
Matt "Dr Strange" Riddle. This guy fights in another dimension. Here he is simultaneously fighting in the present and sparring with a ghost that was haunting the cage.
Speed, balance, coordination, everything:
Cindy Dandois showing why women deserve to fight in the UFC with this high level striking clinic.
Any other examples of high level athleticism in MMA?
