MM light or Just whey

For breakfast , PWO, and a meal on rest days I have been mixing 1/2 cup of oats with (skim)milk, egg whites, ice and 2 scoops of whey protein. My question is that if I am trying to lose body fat will replacing 1 of the 1 whey scoops with 1 scoop of MM light help or would it be counter productive?
 
MM light is generally considered a waste of money really.Just stick with regular MM.
 
Yea but regular MM has a lot of calories. Although I do realize the price difference.
 
Well if you're worried about calories just get a protein blend.
 
Thats what have been using, I was asking if the slight increase in calories from MM light would cause any problems in losing body fat. I ask because I had heard that MM light was good for losing body fat.
 
MM is better for losing body fat because it had medium chain triglycerides in it,which will help you lose fat.
 
In answer to your original question, it really depends on the proportions of other nutrients in your diet.
