For breakfast , PWO, and a meal on rest days I have been mixing 1/2 cup of oats with (skim)milk, egg whites, ice and 2 scoops of whey protein. My question is that if I am trying to lose body fat will replacing 1 of the 1 whey scoops with 1 scoop of MM light help or would it be counter productive?
