MLB MLB 2025 Season Thread: When half your roster needs a translator

The ump who called out James Wood at 2B looked like his "out" call was giving him an excuse to really punch Woods in the face. A bit too close. Wouldn't fault Woods if he counter punched the ump in his face.

The newspaper said most big leaguers are against robo balls and strikes and the reasoning was a bit retarded like they wanted the human element in the game, they wanted the inch off the plate calls in their favor.

I guess .250 avg for Jo Adell is better than .200.

I'm not sure how I feel about that one. It does take away what is an integral part of the game, but Yamamoto got fucked out of an immaculate inning recently. "Cyclops" was a good thing in tennis, but those serves are hitting 120-130. The eye just can't track that.

Which current young player with a few years of experience do you think will be a HOF'er?

Jacob Wilson
PCA
Andy Pages
Maybe Zach Neto
Maybe James Wood
Gunnar Henderson
Jackson Merrill
Wyatt Langford
