Don't know if Shohei's always been like this but noticed recently he gets behind in the count by taking a strike, then fouling, then time out to fix the hair and then he might hit the ball or strike out or ground out.

I think the league is about done with Quantrill. I appreciate the $ betting against him, but I can't remember a start where he didn't get blown up.
