He also claims there was some other name-calling and that he didn't like having to perform menial tasks that he felt others should have been doing.

I'm guessing there is no case here, but with the current climate, who really knows?

The actions were so traumatizing, the suit says, that Kelly was "forced to resign."

Kelly then filed a charge of discrimination against the Smiths with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. On March 20, the EEOC issued a notice of Kelly's right to sue. The suit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi on March 29....

Forced to resign from a Fortune 500 because you felt your tasks were too menial?

Why the fuck not? Lets just run her up the flagpole and see what sticks.

We're talking about a potential settlement which could reach into the hundreds-of-dollars range here. Somebody's gonna be set for an entire afternoon once all the shaking stops.

Would not be surprised to see him get something out of it this day and age.

Mississippi probably isn’t the best place for trans folk to pick up the W. We’ll see how it plays out, though. I could see calling how him “Juwanna Man” constituting harassment, even in the most backward state in the US. No one deserves to be consistently attacked personally while at work.
