so the one thing that both sides of the aisle refuse to do it seems is call women on their bs. congrats to the woman for winning. she seems like a smart and attractive lady. however, her comment about women in combat that women are "just as tough as men" is ridiculous. but the media is heaping praise on her for those words. doesn't matter if future soldiers might die because of it. as long as the pc crowd feels good about it.

oh, and it seems like racism is over. not sure of the numbers, but it seems like minorities are winning more than half of thse contests these days.

EDIT- 6 miss usa's in the 2000's have been black. I know of at least one who was Middle Eastern (and ridiculously hot), so that is a pretty good percentage

yes, i am fine with them cooking and cleaning in the military. i am fine with them running heavy equipment. i am fine with them working on computers and vehicles as well. i bet they would do swell at medical jobs.

lol about combat. how much full equipment of an army grunt weigh? weapons and ammo, equipment, vest? sure she has abs on that pic, but she wont even make it to the combat site in full gear in ME heat, unless being personally humveed there.

You have to understand the rookie mentality. They do not see the forest through the trees. They pick out things that you don't say.

There are a lot of jobs that don't require you to drag around 150 lbs of armor and gear. Just based on studies, I don't think the amount gear the male troops carry works based on prevlance of knee, ankle and back injuries.
