I just bought Mri Black Powder. I have a few questions about it. Do i take just one scoop? What happens if i take it at the start of the day in my moring workout? (7am) Will i be able to get some sleep after taking it in my evening workout? (6pm-9pm) And my main question, will it make a difference in my energy? I find after a shift at work its hard to even make it too one kickboxing class. This is my first post!
