As others have said, most "beefs" are little more than marketing ploys. And many are just instances of one fighter trolling another fighter (see Tito, Chael, and Conor). I don't think that Lesnar and Mir actually had any beef. Jones and Cormier, on the other hand, seems to be legit. Faber and Cruz also seem to genuinely dislike each other, but there appears to be an underlying mutual respect.

Jones/Cormier is the answer. Which is why I can't understand why they didn't put it on UFC 200. They still might of course.
