Glover who is considered to be this big powerful light heavyweight struggled to put Maldonado away and fought back and forth with him.

Stipe cut through him like a knife through hot butter.

Huge difference between the power of heavyweights vs light heavyweights.

Forrest Griffin said it best:light heavyweights are the guys who lack the power and the chin to fight at HW so they cut weight.

Anthony Johnson would agree with TS. When he was asked if he was gonna fight at heavyweight again, he said "NOWAY man! They're too big here."

DC is a wrecking ball freak of nature and the next LHW champ.

Well... obviously HW's have more power

but Maldonado is one of the WORST LHW in UFC, and Stipe Miocic is a solid TOP 10 who can be TOP 5 sooo.... is not fair

the worst banthamweight for sure get a beating from a top5 featherweight too.

Even Dodson would have KO him coming in like that with his hands down.

Against a light heavyweight, who should really be fighting at middleweight, who's taken a metric ton of damage in his career and is on the fast track to going full fledged Liddell with the way he fights. Sure thing buddy.

You do realize there's a 60lb weight limit difference between HW and LHW, right? That's like pointing out that LHWs have a power advantage over FWs. No fucking shit, Sherlock.

HWs dont cut weight, all LHW do.

Most LHW fight at HW weights.

Wow what a performance to KO a small guy when you're a HW. It's like claiming Cain ko'ing Munoz "proves the power of the HW" basically.

hmm, not a good argument, difference in avarage HW and LHW at the day of the fight is not big, unless you take into account guys like Brock Lesnar, but then again, he is big compared to average heavyweight as well.

HWs are only fighters that dont cut weight, and that is why HWs is best division, there is no bullshit

he wobbled him 1 time and Glover was fine within a second. that fight was arguably the worst ass kicking in mma history
