The PA isn't exactly hiding it, its' a known fact for years and a source of pride for them that they pay a monthly fee for every convicted terrorist, I just didn't know it was that much UK money.

Furthermore, I don't set my moral compass according to "international laws", the US has done horrible things in Guantanamo but that doesn't equate it to AQ.

Secondly, it's not a question of numbers, its a question of morals. Many IDF soldiers who have been found of wrong doing have been sentenced for prison and punished. Hell, I know a few who set 3 years in jail for stealing like 50$.
Whereas in Palestine child murderers get a pension and a street named after them.

Lastly, again, the wrong doings of IDF doesn't justify support of terrorism anymore than the wrongdoings of the US army in Iraq justify sending money to ISIS.
