Notice how Perez hits it once, then High goes "wooooh" and shakes his wrist, then Perez immediately jumps on it again and gets the tap. Anybody explain what he's doing? I can see him trapping the top of the wrist with his forearm and turning to his hip, but can't see how he's applying the pressure.

He just fell more to his side and brought his leg in so his opponent couldn't pull his arm away.
