I'm not so sure, he's impressed so far but he's 31 already and seems to be a bit of a front runner. I think he'll look very different if he gets extended into the later rounds. Probably hits his ceiling just outside the top 15-20 range.

can’t fault him for finishing everything so fast …. But need to see him fight long and through adversity before pegging him a star or contender .

it's a wait and see. i don't trust guys who only have first rd finishes. it tells me nothing about them except they're fast starters and can finish guys who they're a lot better than. when he gets into an actual back and forth fight it'll reveal his true potential.

Welterweight is so much better of a weight class for him. Featherweight Mallot was like Anthony Johnson stuff/when he was super young. He may not make it to top 5 but if the ufc likes him they could easily keep him in the organization and he'd put in exciting fights for the next 5 years easy.
