This challenge is useless. Anyone can give someone a diet to lose weight. The real challenge would be have the person lose weight and test endurance and strength to make sure they aren't dropping as you lose the weight.
Shit I dropped 8 lbs in the past 5 days from 188 to 180 just by cutting out carbs, but i have no energy at all. (I like to start my weightloss process like this because it makes regular dieting seem easy)Losing weight is easy. Being able to preform while doing so is the real challenge
