Miguel Cotto would never be 2-0 in the UFC, let alone in the UFC. Holly Holm is also garbage compared to Cotto.

He's just trying to stick up for the only fighter that still uses his stupid Dolce Diet. I hate this guy almost as much as Edmond.

Holm's opponents are currently ranked 12 and 19. ( I don't know their ranking at the time, but they can't have changed too much). If Cotto won a SD over Chas Skelly, then decisioned Guida i doubt anyone, even Cotto himself, would be demanding a title shot.
 
i dont know why people are crapping on this fight, its about the only decent one to make, especially considering Ronda has looked amateurish rushing in with her chin in their air flailing her arms at her opponents head.

Holm can probably take advantage of that a few times, which is more than enough to entertain.

This is bullshit!!! The best fight to make would have been against Amanda Nunes but since she looked good her last fight Dana probably got scared she might upset Rhonda. Miesha would have been a better option as well.

2 fights ago Nunes lost to Zingano by TKO. I don't think that fight would be better both stylistically or promotionally. Holm has the much better fighting record, is undefeated, and brings something new to Rousey. It could be more competitive, but that is a tougher sell by far. They didn't even put in Meisha because they were worried about the promotion for the fight.

No one cares who Ronda's opponent is, but it sounds infinitely better that Holm was a multiple time world boxing champ as opposed to some no name from Brazil you can't speak English. I do see what you're saying somewhat though, I think Holm is about to get ran over.

The fact is, women's sports are pretty much a laughing stock. Who actually watches the WNBA? More people watch high school boys sports, than anyone watches any women's sports. Why? Cause high school boys are more skilled than adult women. It might not be politically correct to say, but it's true. I could take the best high school boys team and it would decimate the best woman's wnba team.
