    boxing is dead though, right?

One boxer is going to make the net worth of all UFC champions combined in one fight.

Keep supporting zuffa and dana white while he leaves casino's with trash bags of money while the fighters make 10k/10k.

Let's forget that you lose upwards of 40% to tax and another 15% to managers and training camp payments.

The problem is that too many boxers get to pick
& choose who & when they fight. Everyone wanted to see
Golovkin v cotto. Thank the jbg for dudes like Matthyse,
    Bradley & provodnikov.

what does this have to do with anything? I don't get it, do you think ufc is going to become more popular or something?

do you really see dana white forking out 30 million to a fighter?

mma fans thought boxing would be dead after pac/floyd, that's why.

getting taxed while making 10k/10k leads to a different lifestyle when getting taxed for 30 million.

also boxing training camps are cheaper than mma training camps, you don't need to fly out wrestlers, bjj, muay thai etc. dudes.

Why are we comparing debuting UFC fighters with 2 of the top boxers in the world?

Yeah, I laugh when a UFC PPV does around a million buys and the fans think the biggest draw making a few million is amazing. Nope, they're getting it up the ass.

    Who gives a flying fuck?

A handful of fighters make great money by padding their records and fighting cherry picked past it opponents.

Yeah I'd like to see a higher minimum payouts in the UFC but boxing in not the example to follow.

1 - if fighters know they are only making 10/10 and they don't have another job to support themselves, then they are retarded. You realize there will be boxers on the cotto undercard making $500 right? Do you go on boxing forums and complain about that?

2 - if fighters are making 10/10, they shouldn't be spending all their money on a training camp nor managers. Its not my fault fighters are retarded about spending their money. No one is buying a ppv for a guy making 10/10 on the undercard....those fights aren't even aired on the ppv.

3 - this issue exists in any large business. The president and owners make a shitload more than the workers. Do you go on mcdonalds forums and bitch that the employees only make $15/hr while the CEO is in Vegas betting millions?

I had to google it cause I found that really hard to believe. Canelo is only making $10 million in comparison. Figured they would be a lot closer in pay. Kinda think this will be Cotto's last big payday, so he did pretty damn good.
