I think the reason aldo gets injured in practice so much is because some of his training partners do "come forward and pressure". Nova Uniao fighters have found success because they are well prepared for fights by actually fighting in training, not just sparring.

If Conor wins it's because he's more skilled than Aldo, not because Aldo can't handle pressure.

I'm saying there are worse cases of hits long after the bell. This wasn't even after the bell as much as it was during the bell. That's how fast Jose is.

People are quick to forget the Connor got tossed around and lit up in the first round by Mendez. I don't see him getting the chance to recover against Aldo.
