    Some quick 20-30m sprints. Have my high school.alumni basketball tournament and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna have to pass this year. I'll see how the foot feels tomorrow when I actually try some basketball.

    Upped my cadence still cant push my heart rate much. The running last night left me a bit hobbled.

    Heel is at 85% event through SWAT championships where I was on my feet in gear all day.

    455 felt heavy as hell. My heel is still jacked w a contrast MRI being the next step.
