The talent level has gone down tremendously over the past couple of years. Whittaker might be the most overated champion in UFC middleweight history. I mean what is he good at a part from getting close decision wins?

Also having Bisping as a champion for a long time and holding up the division kind of ruined it. None of these middleweights today would be able to beat the middleweights a few years ago. Silva, Belfort, prime chris weidman.

Prime Weidman got destroyed by Luke Rockhold and Living Dieded KO’d by Yoel Romero.

Middleweight division is Boomin for the first time since Anderson left the matrix.

And Whittaker being overrated?

He has excellent striking and some of the best takedown defense in the world today.

Prime Belfort and Silva don't survive in usada and prime Chris? Lmao please he was in his prime when he lost 3 fucking straight.

In short

Shut the fuck up TS

MW divsion is more stacked than FW, BW and Fly weight thats for sure

Jacare/Yoel/Luke/weidman/whittaker/Bisping

Vs

Holloway/Aldo/Frankie/Ortega/Cub/ Josh Emmett

Might even rival LHW

DC/ Gus/ Volkan/Glover/manuwa/Osp

The division has been terrible for years. WWs are exploiting this moment, and moving up to get easier fights. We rarely see this, but suddenly we have 3 WWs in the top 5, and a bunch of "top" guys that never would have made it during Andersons reign.

Hell... I am not sure all of them can even beat the old, broken Anderson of 2018.

Yeah a brand new sport that didn’t even have decent athletes a decade ago has suddenly regressed in talent and skill....

Having multiple GREAT fighters doesn't mean the division is crap.

MW was always light on talent, where the big, skilled WWs could go to avoid cutting weight, and the struggling LHWs could go to and avoid the shark tank THAT weight class used to be.

MW is still that, with Gastelum and Rockhold as prime examples.

Prime Anderson completely murks all of these fools.

I would place LW first, then BW, FW, WW all tied for second. Then maybe MW.

Also: Nice trollin.

Whittaker stopped Brunson/Jacare and Romero's great runs. 2 of which by nasty ko. Once he returns, all will be well

You argument makes little sense Mr. TS. Quit hating on bobby knuckles and fall into the fold with the rest of us. The ride is good.

This guy would disagree. Future champ?
