Mid Afternoon Shake

I try ot have a protein shake about 4:15 every day just as a snack. I started adding natural peanut butter to it today just as a change. How much is too much! I am just using this shake as part of my 6 smaller meals.
If it matters, I am still trying to lose some body fat.
Add as much as you need just keep in mind you're trying to lose body fat. You could add a tablespoon or a cup. Without seeing your diet it's really hard to say.
I would stick with 1 or 1.5 servings.

It all depends on what type of goals you are looking to achieve.

Considering its a shake I would assume you have a lot of other stuff in there as well
