Americans have so many layers of useless management that we have to spend half our day updating and reporting on shit they should already know if they were the least bit involved in anything.

You haven't seen a Japanese office. It has office space amounts of pointless forms and managers. The layers of managers if definitely three times or so deeper than an American company
