MJ is p4p one of the dumbest guys in MMA and his training camp is terrible to say the least.
Just look the punishment he takes on this session alone. He is basically in fetal position while Usman beats the shit out of him in the ground for like 5 minutes. That shit does not make any sense and it provides zero benefit for either guy.
