God this guy is so boring and goddamn awful.

I don't know why journeymen level fighters like Chiesa, Felder, Jourban gets the job with UFC after, but not much better fighters.

DC just likes to work. Most elite fighters are already pretty wealthy and not jumping at the opportunity to work commentary for 5 figures a year. I think that's why a lot of the mid card fighters do it. They will do it for whatever the UFC offers

IMO A lot of it is the ability to read and speak in full sentences. Maybe not the best sentences but they do not end prematurely with them staring off into space. That list particularly. Rashad scares me sometimes.
