Media Michael Chandler isn't interested in fighting Tony Ferguson in 3.5 weeks.

this guy is already pissing me off.

idk why the fuck he turned down the RDA fight. Stylistically it was good for him. There is some extra risk because RDA isn't as highly ranked, has a good chin, super durable, but its a good fight against a legit opponent.

how can he turn down a offer the ufc never sent.

Lol he gets to undeservedly call out the a side but now turns down the a side when he’s ready?

the ufc only offered chandler ufc 254. tony tweeting about ufc 256 didnt mean anything. the ufc never said ufc 256 needed to add a comain event.

So chandler just made weight and Tony wants him to make weight right away again. That worked out so well for Tony when he did it, im surprised chandler doesn't want to.

Tell yourself that

facts say that. when did the ufc say they needed to add a fight to ufc 256 they didnt. they filled out fights for 2020 notice how there starting to fill out the first few events in 2021.

tony tweeting about ufc 256 ment nothing.

if tony wanted to fight so bad in 2020 he should of fought at ufc 254 when the ufc offered him chanlder

lol, in what world would a Tony Ferguson fight be ignored? the Cowboy fight was also 3 or 4 weeks and that got enough push, hell RDA vs Felder eas in 5 days and got plenty of promotion, that's a pretty silly argument especially during Covid times.

Bullshit.

There was virtually zero promotion for Cowboy -vs- Ferguson.

There will be a multi month, large scale promotion for the next Conor PPV, and millions will be spent on marketing. It is an order of magnitude more exposure.

This should not need to be typed out.

Tony would be a smart fight. He's the only Top 5 fighter who is older and more shopworn than Chandler....and showing pretty clear signs of slowing down. A short-nice fight could be dangerous, but if Chandler wants to be champ by next summer like he says, he can't be too picky. He better fight someone soon and make a statement.
