I don't actually get why Bisping took the fight if he's as serious about winning the belt as he pretends to be. Given the right match-up he could've possibly gotten a title shot under normal circumstances with another win. I know he's wanted a title shot for years and so it's hard to turn one down, but I would have to think he's going to be a tad regretful after he gets destroyed and it really hits home how little chance he gave himself to realize his dream. I feel like he's selling out a bit TBH.

Bisping is always in shape. His only problems are no real sparring camp before the fight and the fact his opponent already rag dolled him before.

I'd actually say it's a bigger joke than Silva/Bonnar because at least Bonnar had a size advantage going for him and Silva was getting up there in age. Bisping has zero going for him here.

Luke opened as a more than 10-1 favorite, so yeah, pretty much. As for the rankings, Dan Hardy was also ranked #4 at one point, it didn't actually make it so. Bisping is closer to being outside the top 10 than he is genuinely being a top 5 MW.
