Yeah it's amusing he's hiding behind the "he doesn't deserve it" narrative while Umar conveniently is the only fighter in the division who will be favored to beat him.

That may be true, but who should Merab fight against for a title defense then? Merab definitely had a tougher way up but that's no excuse not to fight the guy who makes the most sense for a title fight.
