Mens 125 vs wmma

It means that you were wrong. And no one expects a 115 lbs. woman to score a bunch of KO's. You know, physics. It does not mean they do not put on good fights. You are trying to establish a sole criterion by which to falsely judge the entire division to justify your dislike of it. It is not the fault of everyone else that you lack a basic grasp of logic.
No, you are wrong. That stat is useless and it doesn't matter. Nobody cares about highest number of strikes per minute if they don't lead to anything. WMMA sucks, 95% of those fighters are bad. The only reason why they are popular it's because people think some of them are hot and they like to watch them grapple. That's why Paige Van Zandt and Michelle Waterson are the most popular fighters in the UFC while nobody watches amanda nunez. Deal with it.

Since the stat is kept some people care about it. Obviously wrong is obvious.

Childish whining is also childish, which is why I am done with you crying because "girls have cooties" or whatever your problem is.

You can't deal with fact WMMA is part of the UFC <45>

Just because outright K.O.'s might not be common, doesn't mean the strikes don't lead to anything. They can lead to knockdowns which then lead from there to ground-and-pound finishes, or submission finishes. Or the strikes can work to satisfy the audience's appetite for "Just Bleed"...

of course it matters

high number of strikes per minute suggests a willingness to engage, a willingness to fight, move forward. A fight with a high number of strikes was probably an exciting fight even without a KO

a low number of strikes on the other hand, suggests maybe the fight wasnt very entertaining to watch

so yes, of course spm is a worthwhile stat

This is pretty much what I meant.

Most flyweights don't have long arms, legs and broad shoulders.....so people tend to get turned off by that. Perception is reality. Physicality makes for good viewing, the reason why people prefer developed bodies, unless you're a pedophile.
Its all about perspective. To most Americans that may be true but to other parts of the world, they are perceived to be normal which is why One FC picked em up.
