    from Din's Twitter:
Immediately after the fight ended, there was a shot of Melvin on the stool, and it looked as if he was just losing it and crying. If he was, I can't blame him. This looks nasty.

No idea, we'll probably find out tomorrow. Pretty amazing that he was still using it at the end of the 3rd.

Damn... Wonder what hurts worse. The broken hand or the severely bruised ego.

I think they said it broke in the beginning of the second round. Can't be fun, fighting for another 10 minutes with a shattered hand. This could be the end of his carreer if it doesn't heal properly.

Hard to tell because he got dumped on his ass and held down every time he attempted to do anything. Barring the third round after the bad stand up

If it happened BEFORE the first round, which could have been a 10-8, I would maybe excuse the loss. But he got steamrolled off the bat. Guillard landed some good elbows from the bottom in the third, THAT is what encourages Girtz to walk away, IMO.. But Melvin got wrecked before the break. Hating from me aside, I hope Melvin's hand makes a complete recovery quickly.

I wish him a speedy recovery. I really hope he moves up to 170 pounds after this. I think he's just too big to fight at 155.

he gets ragdolled at 155, it's going to be just as bad if not worse at 170.

Newell is missing half an arm.

  15. I'd rather take that broken hand of Guillard to my face than Newells stub
