Megan Olivi 'hurt' by Stephen A. Smith only acknowledging her "male colleagues"

In mid-April 2019 he signed a new deal with ESPN that pays $8 million per year, making him the highest-paid ESPN personality.

I think this shows generation gap. I'm obviously older than you. I'm guessing you were born after the year 2000. For your generation, accomplishments are measured by views, likes, and dollars. Your generation makes daily threads about how much money Jon Jones deserves to make, and how many ppv buys you speculate Jake Paul got.

To my generation, Stephen A Smith is just another armchair athlete talking out his butthole. I thought maybe you knew of something remarkable he did.

Ridiculous. She's alright at her job but perfectly replaceable. Any hot reporter chick who's followed the sport for about a year can do what Megan does.

She should be pissed. Megan does a great job and Smith is exactly what wrong with sports broadcasting. Guys like him, Skip Bayless and even Gus Johnson - their top trait is loudness; it's excruciating. (10+ year broadcaster btw)

I'm glad Stephen A Smith got destroyed by Rogan for calling Cerrone a bum
That's not what happened. He said cerrone quit.
People freaked out
Then cerrone said he quit, didn't want to be there.
SAS is a shitbag. But he was right in that situation.

GJ does good with big ten football

Megan shouldn't be too worried. Stephen A's opinion on anything fight related shouldn't be taken seriously.

Why is he throwing left hands at someone's thigh?

Megan Olivi elaborated on why she felt hurt by Stephen A. Smith when he left her out of his praise for the UFC's broadcast team.

“That was actually tough for me,” Megan Olivi told reporters “I don’t love social media in general, but then to play such a big role in terms of pre- and post-fight interviews, like, I’m the one onsite doing them. Then to do all the hits on the broadcast and be a part of this team and literally the only woman on the pay-per-view team – there’s no other desk host, there’s no one on the pre- or post-show. It’s literally just me. And I’ve worked to be here. I wasn’t handed this. It’s been a very long journey, as people who have seen me 10 years ago I’m sure can attest to. I’ve done everything the right way to get here, and to not get the acknowledgement as my male colleagues got, I genuinely was so hurt. It was nice to see the MMA community have my back on that.

For a little background on this, this was Stephen A. Smith's tweet from March:

Id have left her out too. She adds good looks and that's about it.

Jake Paul looking at this footage like "I think I found my next opponent, Stephen A. has the respect of the MMA World, and he'll represent them in a boxing match against me. This will be my greatest challenge to date."

Lmao, best reply in that tweet:

"You need to get yourself a penis... Hang on nevermind he tagged Ariel."

Lets be real. She has that job for one reason: she's super hot eye candy. Any other attractive female could do what she does, a number of other women could be taking everything she works for if she's not careful. Also the uncomfortable truth is we don't know how or why some attractive women move up the career ladder in spots like this, why did Laura Sanko get implants and sex herself up, then suddenly she has a full time gig with UFC and ESPN? What we do know is Dana White has a predilection for sleeping with female fighters, ring card girls and employees.. put 2 and 2 together.

Smith knows his place and role. To be a troll and get people talking. I don’t like him but he must be good at what he’s trying to be.

I'd
Id take her out for a nice meal, buy her drinks then get a cab home witb her and whisper i apppreciate what you do for.the ufc production side of things meg .. then leave her with the taxi bill
I'd apologize and be real nice to her, get her some drinks at a mixer or something, and then pray Joe fucks up somehow.
