How does it REALLY work with previous 'issues'? I had an issue within a month of moving here when we weren't covered, Sentara (I don't know of this is a countrywide company? or whatever) said I should come back when I had insurance and they'd wangle it. Now I don't know if she just said it being nice or what but I've got the same potential problem flared up againg. If it becomes surgery I obviously don't want to pay 100k to millions of stuff where they'll say "but you had it before". How does it work? I'm not going to die just yet, Sherdog. I don't think it's even remotely that bad.
