I now a lot of budybuilders who have meal replacement thats whey and casein blend protein powder and some fat thrown into a shake. Id go for Muscle Milk or that blend above and some fishoil in there. If you want to add carbs throw in some minced veggies or oats. Or eat a fruit with it.
Some of the better pre-made MRPs are Myoplex Deluxe, Lean Mass Matrix, and Zero Impact MRP. I always just make my own with a protein blend, oats, and some fats (either PB or OO).
muscle milk + milk/water + some wheat bran for fibre
whey + oats + some wheat bran (i recommend ON cookies and cream flavoured whey. freaking delicious with oats for some reason, especially if milk is used)
