As a keen watcher of MMA, I can't help but feel that McGregor has revolutionized movement in the octagon with his graceful manipulation of both joints and muscles.

I read an article that gives credence to my thoughts.

These are some movements that I've noticed that mirror the natural grace you see in the wilderness.

What does Sherdog think?

You forgot when he became a injured gazelle

Ohhhh , time to make some popcorn, this thread is going to be good!

Go sherbros, i'm ready for some Lol's

I noticed at 196 that Diaz draws much inspiration from the natural wilderness as well. Here is him attempting to replicate animal movement, albeit without as much grace as Conor.

Came in hoping for more than adolescent sycophancy. Left happy.

it works if he actually moves instead of throwing haymakers for 2 rounds

As much as I want to rip this thread to shreds I'll give a serious reponse in the form of a question..

Of all the UFC champions in the recent past and currently incumbent, who has needed ''movement'' or a ''movement coach'' to help them improve their game to championship winning levels aside from Conor?

I think sharpening all the tools in your game is infinitely better than working on stupid inefficient movements.

Condit has a movement coach, but when he posts videos on Facebook it's usually him running on a mountain pass jumping from rock to rock. No touch butt going on.
