Conor McGregor isn't an idiot he knows he won't win a standard boxing match with Floyd and the likelihood is he'd lose all but 2-3 rounds against Pauli.

What he can do is keep the referee busy by mixing his boxing with throws, and pushes, he's out to manhandle Floyd in my opinion and I expect to see Conor stand on the foot, smother Floyd and pin him against the ropes/corner.

I can't see Conor listening much to the referee either. I'm sure these dirty tactics won't stretch to Conor lifting his feet off the ground or using an elbow but there will be things happening which many will take exception too after the fight.

If my prediction is accurate then Conor won't be looking slick and neither will he look as though he is the more skilled competitor but he might look physically imposing and will look a bully but will it be enough break Floyd down and get Conor the victory?

You obviously haven't seen Floyd fight on the inside.

I have. I have never seen an outsider apply this strategy. The closest was Mayweather-Hatton and Hatton had success with it until the referee clicked onto Ricky's strategy at around the 8th round.

Edit:

I'm not confident enough to place a significant bet but I am interested in Conors approach and how Floyd reacts to it, if I'm right.

What I'm saying is a subjective assessment of a theoratical play of the fight and not a fact.

I am interested in what others have to say on it.

ok fair enough. The problem is. McGregor has never showed thats he's comfortable fighting inside like a brawler. He's a from range guy.

It won't be sloppy and brawl like. I'm saying Conor isn't fighting by the code... if I'm right that is.

I might be wrong and Conor might go in there and try and land his straight left in which I'm sure the referee will stop the fight in 5th or 6th.
